Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during transit. We recommend that you choose a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance for added peace of mind. 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Address changes requests must be made before shipment. Address change is not available after the package has shipped.

Lush Pro Lash is not responsible for packages delivered to the address entered by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
